Terms of Service

1. Our services

We provide live, one-on-one online classes in Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer, Quranic Arabic, Islamic Studies and related subjects, delivered over video-conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Adults may enroll themselves. Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account, payments and the student's use of our services. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free trial

New students may receive 3 free trial classes at no cost and with no obligation to continue. We may limit free trials to one per student and change or end the trial offer at any time.

4. Scheduling, missed classes and rescheduling

• Class times are agreed in your local time zone and confirmed in writing.
• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 12 hours' notice. Rescheduled classes should be taken within the same billing month.
• Classes missed without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
• If a teacher must cancel, we will offer a make-up class or a substitute teacher at no extra cost.

5. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars at the prices shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Discounts, such as the family discount, apply as described at the time of enrollment.

6. Cancellation and refunds

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Conduct and safety

We expect respectful behavior from students, parents and teachers. We may suspend or end services if anyone behaves abusively, disrupts classes or puts the safety of others at risk. Parents of young children are encouraged to be nearby during classes.

8. Intellectual property

Our website content, logos, course materials and worksheets are owned by or licensed to Online Quran Teacher. You may use them for your own personal learning, but not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to provide excellent teaching, but learning outcomes depend on many factors, including practice and attendance, so we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines. Our services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
