Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel completely comfortable learning with us. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial
Your 3 free trial classes are completely free, and we never ask for card details to book them. There is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.
Monthly plans — cancel anytime
Plans are billed monthly with no contract. To cancel, simply message us before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You can continue attending the classes you have already paid for until the end of that billing month.
Satisfaction promise for your first paid month
If you're not happy during your first paid month, tell us within the first 7 days. We'll first offer to match you with a different teacher; if you still prefer to stop, we'll refund the classes you haven't yet taken that month.
Missed and rescheduled classes
- Give at least 12 hours' notice and we'll reschedule the class within the same month.
- Classes missed without notice are not refundable.
- If your teacher cancels, you'll receive a make-up class or a substitute teacher at no cost.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
